It is the plug closest to the air cleaner. Should be a two wire weather plug in the accordion tube.

The outside air temperature sensor is located in front of the rad near the bottom. On some GM models they are located behind the plastic of the front bumper.
The sensor itself is small... just look for and follow the wiring to the sensor.

It should be on the air duct or the air cleaner cover. depending on what type of vehicle it is.

its in the plastic pipe that's between the air filter and the throttle body, or in the air filter housing
