my friend is Phillipino and is having a cotillion for her 16th birthday. she asked me and 15 other girlfriends to make speeches for her and to each light a candle to kindle our friendship and her prosperity. I dont know if I should make it funny, serious, short, or long? Please help me if you can. Thank You
