I had a really bad week as I felt weak all week . lol I had planned to get up at 7 am some mornings and ended up strugling out of bed at 9 30 and therefore not getting alot of stuff done. I wasted my days off by feeling too week to go out and do stuff. I have had some rough nights at work this week but I don't think that after having a good nights sleep , I would still feel weak. I am eating plenty of fruits and drinking coffee and soda but still feel sluggish. I want to be more productive this coming week and get up earlier (I don't have to get up early because I don't work till mid afternoon but I want to have more daytime hours to do stuff. Vitamins never helped and actually gave me headaches when I took too many of them. I can't really get out and walk either because it is too hot out in the daytime and not safe to walk day or night.

Stimmulants such as caffiene will only give you a short blast of energy. the sugars in your soda will make you more sluggish within an hour. You sound like you need to work on your adrenals. Try astragalus or go on an adrenal cleanse. MACA (an adaptagen) is great too as it has no known contridictions or side effects. Join a gym and eat more vegis... more exercise will make you feel better.
