The best thing to do is to get some St. Ives Apricot Scrub for Blemish and Blackhead Control. It is oil free and has salicylic acid. You can get it at any Wal-Mart or most drug stores. I have been using it for 8 years and I never have any problems with blackheads. But, the mistake that most people make when using these kinds of scrubs and cleansers is making it a chore. If you just use a little to scrub your face with everytime you take a shower instead of using soap it will really work. Inevitably though you will still get the occasional pimple. When this happens rub a little bit of toothpaste (yes I said toothpaste) on the affected area before you go to bed and wash it away in the morning before going to work/school. Be sure to use the paste kind though and not the gel kind. I really hope this helps you out, Good Luck.

Well i know if you want very quickly, order Proactive. There are sooo many people saying it works, and i'll give it try when i have the money.
For now i use Neutrogena which works excellent for me. And use pimple medicine from clearisil.

It's really tough to get rid of pimples because it turns if you pop them, it will turn red.
you might want to dry it out by using toner.
