Look at it this way. When you are 8, a 9 year old seems a thousand years older then you. When you are 50, a 57 year old is practicly your age. That gap closes as you get older. "dating" an older boy the way you describe it isn't bad. It can turn into something when you are older, and that gap doesn't seem so big.

okay so you mean like not even go to movies at least in a while.. well then what's the point of dating if you guys arent even gonna hang out? i dont mean not having sex but you make it seem like you 2 are "saying" you're dating... but you guys dont hang out.. :S
kinda weird..
and also i didnt know if you meant age too.. but when i was 13 i dated guys that were 15-16 it doesnt matter =]
