I mean, you tickle him then he's like, "TICKLE ME AGAIN! AGAIN!" Then you do, and he says, "You tickled me again!" Than he laughs histerically, rolls on the floor, hits the floor with his hand, and yeah... it creeps me out. Elmo is definitely overreacting. Do you agree? Creepy, right?

Yeah I mean it'd make a great prop for a horror story! Yeah that is creepy, might even give kids nightmares. Guess the makers of that elmo overdid it or has a weird sense of humor.

Your aspect is valid and surely authentic. Elmo is taking up the international each year proper before Christmas! The toy businesses behind him are deliberately making those Elmos in short furnish to strengthen their revenue. they must be boycotted!!

Yeah, plus you know that he is probably making this scary-a$$ mechanical noise the whole time...and honestly I think he'd scare a very young child.

He looks like he'd hurt them by bumping into them too hard if he got too close...looks capable of giving a nose bleed at least.
Good thing he's already bright red.
