My first question is: how do you know? Have you taken a pregnancy test?
Next, if you definately are pregnant the best thing to do is tell your mom. The sooner the better. This way you can start receiving the medical attention you and your baby desperately need.

You have to tell your mom. You are a minor and she is responsible for your health and well being. You are not an adult and you cannot handle this yourself. If you truly feel you can't tell your mom then you need to find a responsible adult you can trust like a teacher or guidance counselor, school nurse, or your doctor. You cannot ignore this or treat it lightly. You need help. I know you think you're all grown up and all, but you are still a child and do not have the judgment or life experience needed to go through this alone or with your silly little sexual partner. Please get help and do not have sex anymore. Especially not unprotected sex. With unprotected sex, pregnancy is the least of your concerns. You could wind up with AIDS or some other horrible, fatal disease and die. Quit trying to be an adult and enjoy what's left of your childhood. I am not a big fan of abortion, but at your age I really do not suggest keeping this child. I'd say either abort it or give it up for adoption.

Sweetheart, take a deep breath, relax. I know its easier said than done, but know that everything will be okay! How far along are you? have you seen a doctor? You eventually need to tell mom, but until then, find a public clinic in your area and go in and tell them your preggo. They have to keep it private and they will only tell mom if you want them too. They have options. Really think about what you want to do. Do you want to have a baby now? Dont count on a "boyfriend" or anyone else. This is your body. you need to do some serious thinking. I am 24 years old and pregnant with my first child. And I get scared at times. You really need to think about what to do. And when your going to tell mom. If you want the truth...tell her before your 3 months along. and a clinic can tell how along you are. And its free. GOOD LUCK!

I know it's hard, but you're going to have to tell your mom. As scared as you are, your mom is the only one that will really help you. Sure she'll be upset and disappointed, but you should have thought about the consequences before you felt you were adult enough to have sex. If you want to be treated like an adult, you have to step up and act like one; no matter how scary it is! You're only 14! Go to Planned Parenthood and find out what your options are. Regardless if you're planning to keep your baby or not, you must seek medical attention ASAP. I only wish you the best.
Good luck!

You are going to need a good support system with all that you've got ahead of you. Also there are going to be some very difficult decisions that you might not feel ready to make yet. I hope you have some adult in your life who will help you through this. Hopefully you feel comfortable enough to tell your parents. If not, do you have a local crisis pregnancy center in your area? At least there you will have an adult to talk with and help you through things. Maybe they will help you gather the courage to tell your parents. Despite what everyone thinks, your life is NOT over! This is not the worst thing that could have happened to you. Good luck!

I can understand why you say you can't tell your mom, I was 17 when I got pregnant, and even at that age I was terrified.
She ended up figuring it out from someone else (the doctor's office called to remind me of my appointment and left the message on the answering machine) She was soooo mad, I felt bad for letting her down, but once it was time to start buying baby clothes and baby gear, she came around. She loves my daughter (she is 2 1/2 now) and now I am with a loving man (different man) and I am expecting to give birth again any day now (planned pregnancy this time).
What I am trying to say is that I know it is hard to tell her, but even the most religious parents come around eventually. Who can resist cute grandbabies? Anyways, you have to tell her before she finds out on her own. Just get it over with. Good luck with your new baby.

I know its difficult but the first thing you need to do is TELL YOUR PARENTS. You and your parents should sit down and discuss your options. You'll get past this, but you will need your parents help and support. Good Luck!
