Sounds like something I would write. You are being honest and upfront with them while not slandering the company or letting yourself soud like you are too good to work there.

Sounds like you said everything you needed to say, short and to the point. But i might leave out the 'exceptional hourly wage' part.
I've never done this so maybe others have better constructive criticism than i.

I like your letter, but I prefer Notorious' recommended language. You don't have to specify why you're leaving in your resignation letter.
The time to state why you're leaving is if the company wants to do an exit interview (usually conducted by an HR manager, not your boss, so there is no intimidation or potential for corrupting the answers). These don't go in your file or follow you to your next job. Instead, it helps the company address potential issues so it can prevent similar situations in the future.

it extremely is achieveable. although, in spite of even in the journey that your old supervisor nevertheless works there or no longer - the hot hiring supervisor would be reviewing your old pastime historic past besides simply by fact the HR branch - (I artwork in Human factors) How long have been you there earlier you provide up? What approximately your attendance? Did you consistently call in sick, no longer happen, happen previous due? How replaced into your physique of techniques in direction of your co-workers, shoppers, bigger administration? Did you obtain any verbal warnings on your habit? Any awards? in the journey that your solutions to the above questions are beneficial, you will have a raffle of having rehired. although, observe that in case you do get seen and called in for an interview; the incontrovertible fact which you left without giving the correct quantity of observe will very just about truthfully be noted for the time of the interview technique. So, confirm to describe your self properly without making excuses once you answer any questions pertaining on your earlier strikes. desire that helps and sturdy success!

The letter sounds fine. However, it is not necessary for you to list any reasons for leaving the company. You could put it quite frankly: "I am writing to let you know that my last day at the company will be (date). Thank you for the opportunity, and I wish you continued success in the future". Simple.
Good Luck!

Please rethink your approach. Your letter is a bit rude and smug. You may need to use this company as a reference in the future.
Just simply state that:
This letter is to inform you that I am tendering my resignation effective (date). I have accepted a position with another organization and need to start my new position no later than (date).
I am grateful for the opportunity and experience that I have gained working with this organization.
Yours truly,

Take out the statement abut the wage. What you call honesty is actually criticism. Don't burn (or scorch) any bridges if you want a good reference down the line.
