Green tea is good for your cardiovascular system, arthritis, high cholesterol, even cancers. Has polyphenols, catchens...ginseng is a root and improves energy, increases red blood cells, lowers cholesterol...but wait...much of this has been documented by science...yet the amounts humans drink of these teas raises serious questions if these claims for people are not way overblown. Is the life expectancy of the average Korean or Chinese far greater than us in the West? Do they not get cancers? have heart attacks? Use common sense in these evaluations..

Green tea has a lot of antioxidants, which are thought to help fight cancer. I don't know much about ginsing, though.
