Being cruel to animals ... any animals is wrong. It should be a crime punishable by law. I say love animals or leave them alone.

How do I feel about cruelty to animals nowadays? The same I felt about it in the "good old days." It should not happen. Cruelty is bad. To animals and people and our planet. So, let us not be cruel.

It should not happen animals are living feeling creatures. But what one calls cruelty is fuzzy. Peta thinks eating beef and chicken is a sin against nature! Our carnivorous "nature" is unnatural lol?! They feel we should not own an animal or use it for work of any kind. For Peta's' sake already! Oxymoron's! O_-

I don't like I wonder how that person felt it chained them up refused food and water the beat or kick I think that anyone does this to an animal cat dog etc. should receive the same and our laws for the kind of abuse is very lack

If people didn't insist on keeping animals as prisoners for their own amusement there would be far less animals to be cruel to. Most of us can survive without needing to rely on an animal to be on standby whenever we want to feel special so why cant you? Get some real friends, real friends don't need a leash or gate to keep them running away from you.

It seems to just keep getting worse. I watch Animal planet all the time and "Animal cops" is crazy! Some people don't even know they're doing anything wrong. They all need to be in jail. The $500.00 fines are just not enough.

Reminds me of a funny story:
A man had a dog, and the humane society visited his house. "This house is too small," they declared, "it is cruel to have a dog here." So they took away his dog.
But they left him.
If we want to stop cruelty to animals, the very first animal we should stop being cruel to is each other.

If ur gonna be mean to an animal, don't get one!! If i catch someone being mean to an animal, i will get very angry and take matters into my own hands. They won't be able to hurt another animal. I think they are mans best friends, all animals, and you should be good to them and not mistreat them.

People who are mean to animals for no reason are scum of the earth. On the flip side I do believe in scientific testing if done humanely as possible. Oxymoron - I know, but if killing and torturing rats, cats, or even dogs helps find cures for diseases, I'm all for it.

anyone who abuses animals should have rusty needles jamed into thier heart... and go to jail
also, to have to pay for the animal specialst who works with the animal so he isnt all messed up like an abused child.
