none....all a waste of money.....get out and run....eat pasta then do to bed then get up and go for a walk around the neighborhood. taking a diet pill wont work unless u are gonna get up and do something. 3 months.....hmmmm u could get up be4 skool....if u are in skool, nehows, get up about 1 hour before, go out and exercize, come home and get a shower from sweating then go to skool. trust me, u will feel better by the first time, u will think much clearly, and feel better. DRINK AT LEAST 5 CUPS OF WATER A DAY!! that will help greatly. or a treadmill..... :-)

Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. Over the counter (OTC) diet pills are considered as food supplements, and their use is unregulated. However, these are very popular and people continue to use them without considering the adverse side effects. More information available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

I think a healthy diet and exercise are your best bet. The Biggest Loser Club as seen on the NBC TV show is a very rounded plan and can be followed at home. If you are really set on pills, Hoodia may be a good one to try. This site has info on both

Yes, diet and exercise but for the lazy out there, the most popular prescription are Adipex, Fastin, and Didrex. Didrex is some serious stuff. Adipex and Fastin are safer (and cheaper generics!). They are the same drug, just different strengths (37.5mg and 30mg respectively). You'll have to see a doctor to get the prescription and they are controlled so practice proper medication taking habits.

There isn't one. You must have the will power to reduce your eating, eat the right amount of foods, and know when to eat. Work it out and believe in in yourself.
