does anyone know how do u get a book published?

like should u find an agent somehow or should u just try and send it off to publishers? and do they even read those manuscripts? because i don't think they do. can someone help me please

There are companies that will bind and print your book for around $300 like iuniverse.com
they also have higher rates for different packages including marketing.

You could order more copies and market it yourself. At the same time you could send your manuscript to publishing companies.

What might be a good idea would be to talk to someone who has had a book published and ask lots of questions. If that person were to give you a reference letter to send in with your manuscript, then you would have a better chance that a major publishing company would at least look at it.
