Unless it is a violation then the question is deleted. Other than that it is usually the questioner who deletes the question for whatever reason. I have been guilty of this myself. But sometimes when I have reflected on the question I have posted, I have second thoughts and delete it for various reasons.
Normally it is because I perceive my question to be provocative. And have no wish to stir up animosity. However, I do get a pang of conscience when I think of all the trouble someone will have gone to to answer my question and then I go and delete it.

You should read terms and conditions of "Yahoo Answers"
where they make it clear that a certain ethical behaviour
is a condition. I had a deleted question which was normal
and contained no harmful words, but it was judged that I
wished to contact the person, and this is not allowed. I
did not question Yahoo, I read the terms and conditions,
which I had not read before, and now I am a wiser man.

Shouldn't this go in Politics, because that's why they get deleted or it's a technical error.
So if you violate any of Yahoo's terms and conditions of use, you get what is in their power, otherwise like the lay said three days, then the vote.

Some questions are fouler than KFC, that's why. I completely agree with the boys n' girls of Yahoo.co.all that some people should not be allowed on the WWW. China has got it right. There you can be shot if you come up with bull. And bull it is when some idiot asks if Muslims eat people or such silliness.

It must be your questions have offended somebody. All they have to do is click on that little flag and you are gone. I think it is pretty arbitrary.
