Chances are slim. Today's divorce rate is so high, and marriage happens with the thought of IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT, Oh well, We'll just get divorced. This is not getting any better either, looking at the movies, magazines, T.V shows...... of today, They really encourages this type of marriage. Not to mention encouraging multiple sexual partners. Marriage was designed as a lifelong commitment, not to be broken! So when going into marriage, please think before leaping. IF you aren't ready to spend the rest of your life with this person through the arguments, bored with routine, stressed over money, You're such a jerk, and I can't stand you anymore times, then don't considered getting married. If you are meant to be married, it will happen later down the road, no harm in waiting.
With all that said, I have been married to my high school sweetheart for over 17 years. We are Christians and believe that marriage is forever....This really forced us to get through the really tough times. Giving up was not an option for us.
Good luck, and try to place your focus on school, a career and a future. You're young and have lots of time for boys. God bless.

Not good. Very few make it. Majority under 25 dont make it. The problems come later on when one starts feeling trapped and wondering if this is all life has to offer, with marriage and family responsibilities combined with work. One should have fun and experience life for a few years after high school and graduate college before even deciding to settle down or youll always regret missing out on those valuable years and they will haunt you. If its a love that was meant to be a few years of waiting wont hurt. Give it the test of time. Youll probably be glad you waited. Good luck

For how long? You would be lucky to last 4 years, less if you have a child in those 4 years. Odds? About 20% that you would make it 10. What you are at 18 is not even close to what you are at 28.....

Most people would work out their problems before getting married. I would say your chances are slim to none with your present line of thinking.

slim, the two people need to explore, and have fun both together and away from each other after high school. If they rush int something too soon, sooner or later the couple will want to explore whatever they missed by rushing things.

TOO YOUNG!!! TOO YOUNG!!! TOO YOUNG!!! I know from experience that getting hitched too young does NOT usually work out. You both need time to mature. Marriage is NOT a game but a huge commitment and can indeed be a lotta work at times!!

It honestly depends on how committed the people involved are. Remember, if you two are going away to different colleges, that will put a strain on things.
