Does anyone know the steps I need to take to go into arbitration over a disputed cell phone bill with Team Mobile? And if so, any suggestions on how to navigate the arbitration process? I have what I believe is a very strong case against them based on the facts (will spare the details-suffice to say I am being charged completely unfairly based on their error).

Thanks for your help!

I have walked in your shoes and went straight to the Federal Communications Commission
Go to the website.fcc.gov
Once there, you can easily find the link for lodging a complaint against a cell phone carrier. Write your details clearly and be sure to include a clear chronology of the problem.
Believe me, the carriers do not like this kind of attention. I am sure you will get a call, letter or some form of immediate contact.

I know nothing about Team Mobile but believe I'd try to get the attention of the folks at the company before going to arbitration. This is worth just what you pay for it so no need to yell at me if it doesn't make sense.
