Okay, so my iPod just......quit working. But it's still under warranty, and I have the original boxes, papers, everything. Everything except for the receipt. Do you think they would return it or exchange it? (I prefer exchange)

There is actually a Wally World? I thought they just made it up. I would imagine they would return it, but you would probably just get store credit (so you could just buy it again).

If you still have it's original box you should be able to return it to Wal*Mart because the bar code on the box should say its from Wal*Mart(or if you perfer to call it Wally World).

From what i have seen....if you buy an iPod from wal-mart, if its an actual apple iPod, then it has to be returned through apple. They have signs all over the case stating so. but if u had any other kinda mp3 player without a receipt they would do an exchange. you can always call your local walmart tho and ask about their policies.

Yes, they will exchange it, but you will have to fill out just a little bit of paperwork, and show them your drivers license.
Very simple!
They won't give you money back unless you put it on a credit card.( they already have the number from the original purchase), and will just credit your card.
