Start with the NWS-Milwaukee. They will have (or have links to) tons of climate data.

Try Intellicast weather@intellicast.com and click on local weather, you'll
need to put in your zip code or city,state. This site has great info. Try
accuweather too local version if you have it. The weather channel is
another possibility. Hope you're soon flying in the stratosphere.
