Once I got diagnosed with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and started keeping my blood sugar under control, my excessive sweating (hands, nights) went away.

There is a list of symptoms at www.hufa.org. If you have more than a few, you may want to get checked out for low blood sugar.

Use baby powder.
Deoderant should help too, just avoid deodarant with anti-persperant.
Or try washing your hands with dial soap then dry them. After that they shouldn't get all sweaty.

If it's a truly serious problem, see your doctor. There is a procedure one can get to remove the sweat glands, but it has to be really necessary. Talk to your doctor!
