Right now, it seems like a problem, but you are only 12 years old.
You are probably not maturing as early as some guys. Do not be too concerned about this as I am sure you will not be totally left out in this department. Hopefully your penis will grow to at least 5 inches and if it does, you Will be near average. Also a smaller penis fits better in any clothing and you don't need to worry about a long bulge hanging down the left side of your pants. An erect penis less than 5 inches can certainly function sexually. A lot of women are shy of a huge penis, so consider your situation an advantage.

o man, that's kind of a problem. 1 inch penis for a 12 year old is i think too small. when i was 12, my erected size was about 3.5 inches and then now i'm 14 and my penis is 5.5 inches. just hope ur gonna grow more cuz u still got all of ur puberty to go through. if ur penis doesn't grow more, then tell ur parents about it.

it is if it doesn't grow anymore than one inch. but most likely it will. the average penis size is 5-6 inches.

no it isn't! Give it time and let it grow. You are still only 12 and have puberty to go through yet. You have nothing to worry about.
