Why would I need to pinpoint the day of my conception? That'd be too complicated anyway. Well, you could know what day of sex lead to the pregnancy. But it can take a few days for the process to begin. But once it begins, hey, there's life.

LIfe begins at the time the sperm meets the egg and undergoes transformation.

Try the Big Bang Theory. Every conception is only and estimate. We don't know when the World Began. If you need an exact date use invetro.
