Everyone has to sleep I don't think someone could go without sleeping.

They Say humans dont have to sleep if they practice not too , but they will become very nervous and weak , They can stop sleeping because it isnt essintial

That is kinda like holding your breath until you die. It is physically impossible. Your exhausted body will evenutally shut you down into sleep just as you would pass out from holding your breath and you would begin to breathe.

I don't think you can "wake to death"... Your brain would shut down, forcing your mind into a sleeping state. Dunno what would happen to your body. It may stay active- like a sleepwalker's.....

I think insanity would be much more likely than death.

I don't think there is any conclusive evidence on that. There are people that claim to have been awake for years.
