Call the police. They can look up the person's car license number and find them.

Also, if you registered your business name with city hall and have a business license, call the city and ask how you can change the business name to yours only.

Call a lawyer. Most give 30 minutes free consultation.

If you have a solid business, you should also have a lawyer. Call him. If your business is less structured (like out of your garage), you're out of luck. It really depends on whether or not you have anything written, like a contract, between the two of you. If not, there's nothing to do. If there is, the courts can help.
