I think 'armyperson' is giving the weight of his fat head and length of his nose. What do you think?

With army people like that who needs armored vehicles.

It does not "shrink", some people deposit fat in the region and it just gets somewhat "buried" in the adiposity. When *interested* he will make himself known and visible, and ready for action!

Or maybe a funnier response would have been:
