It depends on the degree and the intent of the bugging, but essenitally first tell him to stop bugging you and if that doesn't work then MAKE him stop bugging you by telling everyone he knows that he is bugging you and you don't like it (including his parents/sister/girlfriend/other). If that still doesn't work you'll need a restraining order...

What do you mean by bugging? It can be harrassment, or simply making a dumb joke or just pouring water to your head?? Whatever it is , tell him to stop, if not, ask the police or a teacher to stop depending on the situation.

You can kiss another girl when you see him. Fart in an elevator. Chew with your mouth open. Change your phone number. Get a protection from abuse order from the police. Put a hit out on him. Just tell him to leave you alone!

One time, when I was in eigth grade or maybe I was a freshman. This guy kept calling me, I made sure he knew that I wasn't interested. That didn't really work I had my older brother who was a year older than him and he just told him off! I don't know if you're littler you could do something like that if you're older, just ignore him, or don't be mean but act annoyed when he's buggin' you!

Look that person in the eye and say "Go away or I'll poke you in the eye." It usually keeps them from coming back because it sounds so odd.

Just be polite and tell him that your not interested and if he is still persistent than ignore him. Sooner or later he will get the hint.
