Unfortunately, prejudices have sinister and unforseen circumstances. Black cats or black humans have suffered these prejudices for much of human history. They become conditioned to react negatively (like hissing) when threatened or appear to be threatened. The reactions in turn become a self fulffiling prophesy - like what you are experiencing now. Clear your finite brain - which is just a container - with rubbish. Fill it with more worthwhile and positive thoughts. I assure you, you fell better, sleep well and surround yourself with more positive and happier friends. You enjoy the world more!!!

any animal (including human beings) can be a receiver for negative or evil energies. black cats are associated with witchcraft due to ignorance and superstition. they probably picked up on the negativity from you, and showed it back in return. cats are extremely perceptive and reflect energy quite well. if you had the idea that "only black cats are evil" then they would have reflected that negativity right back. i have known loving and gentle black cats that were about as far from evil as you could get, and i have known a female ginger tabby that could have been the devil incarnate. this whole story sounds pretty odd. did it ever occur to you that the girl may have left because she didnt feel like dealing with all the school-boy antics you and your friends were up to? if i had to live in an environment like that, you better believe i would be out of there.

They're not any more susceptible than any other animal. Animals react on very basic levels so I wouldn't interpret any motive to their behavior. You however, need to stop messing around with stuff like that. You only open yourself up to influences that you'll wish you hadn't in the end. There is a very real spiritual world and I think you're going in the wrong direction but in the end...its your decision. Has this event brought you peace, joy, happiness or simply confusion, fear and doubt? You have to judge these things by the fruit they produce to see if it's something you want to allow into your life.

Cats in general have been associated with religions in the past. Black cats have only been in the forefront recently as a witches pet. Black is the color of evil I guess because most people are afraid of the dark.
I love all cats, because they are weird and the weirdest of all were my Siamese. They should've been a witches pet.
Here's something I heard once:
A dog thinks,"You take care of me and feed me, You must be God!"
A cat thinks, "You take care of me and feed me. I must be God."

The cat (or domestic cat, house cat) is a small carnivorous mammal and a subspecies of the wild cat. The trinomial name of the domestic cat is Felis silvestris catus. The cat is a skilled predator and intelligent animal, known to hunt over 1,000 species for food, and capable of being trained (and learning by itself) to obey simple commands and manipulate simple mechanisms (see cat intelligence). It has lived in close association with humans for 3,500 to 8,000 years[1], figuring prominently in the mythology and legends of several cultures.

because they were expected to come out as such. In some countries, black cats are lucky, with white ones being 'evil'

Black cats are no more evil than any other colour of cat. It's the colour of their fur, not their hearts. Anyone who says otherwise is full of it.

I have a black cat, PJ and he is sweet. Stupid people think black cats are evil just as stupid people think all Irish are drunks, etc, etc, etc. There is good and bad in every color and every person.

Witches are evil. They have many rules similar to the commandments in the bible that keep them from doing harm to others. Black cats are persecuted as much as wiccans are. I admit though, my old black cat used to hate my ex......if I did something to upset the cat he would pee on my ex's trumpet case or in his shoes, lol. I told him he needed to be nicer to the cat!

If she showed you how to see aura's thats a good thing, you can tell a lot from them, its not a bad thing.
