Could it be Palo Alto, CA? I'm a life long California resident but I don't recall a Rio Alto, I won't swear there isn't one. Hope that helps.

go to yahoo yellow pages, type in rialto, ca (it is near san bernardino - about forty miles east of downtown los angeles) and also type in plastics or plastic manufactoring or slip casting supplies, ect.
