When they say pro-life, they only mean human life. Then again, I think their definition of "life", "alive" and "living" are different from my definitions.

I understand your reasoning, but your question is ridiculous.
From a philosophical viewpoint, most pro-life people are of the opinion that murder only applies when taking HUMAN life, so it's okay to kill non-human life. Also, flu virii are generally out to kill whatever organism they inhabit. Fetuses generally don't do this.
Most people don't realize how much death we cause other forms of life by merely existing, but that's how it is. Simply put, in our ecosystem, something must always die in order for something else to live. When a species overpopulates a given ecosystem, one way or another, nature culls the herd. If humans were to overpopulate the planet, nature would find some way to trim our numbers. All we are doing when we abort fetuses is doing the job nature would do if too many humans were born. We are being PROACTIVE.

People get flu shots to protect themselves from hostile (note: hostile only) organisms. Fetus, on the other hand is human being so it is a mortal sin to kill it regardless of any reason.

Viruses aren't alive.
Viruses aren't cells.
A virus only works once it hijacks a host cell and uses its cellular machinery.
Cells are the basic unit of life.
An embryo is a human cell that has 23 chromosomes from each parent.
The 46 chromosomes are unique to the new cell since it is unlike the mother and father.
An embryo is not a virus.

Ok, this is a pretty dumb question, that's like saying why do pro-life people wash their hands, they are killing innocent germs. Surely you can't be that stupid. There is a big difference between a virus and a child, and if you can't understand that, you need serious help.

O and don't just to the conclusion I'm on the other side what ever that is.

I'm pro-choice, but your argument makes no sense. The philosphical and ethical considerations over which people disagree over the abortion issue do not apply to your example.

Excellent! And why do they love executions and wars? And eat meat? They are hypocrites. I don't think Jesus had a single word to say about abortion, either--they are just tools of their preachers who are out for money--just the kind of people Jesus threw out of the temple.
