I really want to know why you like them.
What do they do that draws you to them?
Is it them or the movies they do?

We just made a list recently of great actors:
Gary Oldman -is amazing at everything he does and is So different each time. Check him out in "The Fifth Element"
Ben Kingsley - a GREAT actor. See "Sexy Beast"
Sam Rockwell -was the BEST as Wild Bill in "The Green Mile".
Clint Eastwood
Robert Shaw -made his films in the 50s and 60s. Who could have played Quinn in JAWS like him? Or in "The Sting"
Edward Norton -He is very talented and will go far. Right now in "The Illusionist". See "Fight Club"!

Steve Carrell. That guy can give just a look and make me laugh. He's great at comedy, he knows how to be weird, but not make it look unreal. It's him that I admire, I've never seen a movie of his. I watch him on The Office. Actually, his talent is the reason I started watching The Office. He's brilliant and should've won that Emmy even though Tony Shaloub is a great actor too. :)

I really love Doris Day. She was the all american girl - clean cut, decent, honest you get the picture.
I know little of the actress' life so it was her films that caught me. When I was small I was glued to Calamity Jane and still love.
I love all her films and they have a completely different decade about them. They are polished and the plots are funny and unrealistic.
I could watch her acting and singing for hours.

I love Ted Raimi. He never has a really big part in anything, but he is really good at every role he has been in. Plus, he is a really nice guy in person and is always welcoming his fans to email or write, etc.

I've always loved John Wayne. He's always seemed so manly. I love his drawl. When I was little I had nightmares, and my Dad put a poster of him in my room and said that he would protect me. So, I guess I've always just looked up to him.
