Not all hispanic girls have big boobs, I've seen some flat chested hispanic girls.It is only a cliche.Every girl of every race have small and large boobs.

Some do...you just haven't noticed them yet. Ever watched Desparate Housewives...Eva Longoria doesn't particularly have large breasts but she is still hot none-the-less.

Partly genetic and partly a high fat diet.
Remember breasts are mostly fatty tissue.
Notice how little body fat Eva Longoria has, and how small her breasts are.
