you don't have to fix it...I know people who are gentle and fragile, but they are assertive...it doesn't change who they are, they're just not stupid and they know where they stand....be yourself, and don't be scared to tell people (it doesn't have to be in an agressive manner) where you stand. Trust me that people will admire/respect you for it, unless they are slightly warped :o))

Being gentle and fragile is a humble trait. It has many strengths. However, there are always trade-offs when it comes to personality traits. Some people who are rough and callused just might be wishing they were just like you. In most cases, being gentle and fragile can be a talent. If you are so gentle that you have trouble expressing opposing feelings when necessary, try working on "gently" expressing them in a louder voice. If you are so fragile, that even the most subtle glance of disapproval makes you want to hide or cry, that is a trade-off. A strength of being fragile might be your high level of sensitivity to others' feelings when they need you. My main point is for you to not "fix" such a rare and humble trait, only in the instances that it hurts you.

There are a few possibilities, but the more probably one is that in your last life, you were anything but gentle and fragile.

At death, we go before a judge [of sorts] and we evaluate the life just ended. If one has been cruel or mean, then one goes to a "hell" so to speak, where one learns not to be this way.

When the "learning" is over.... one again reincarnates, often taking with one, the "lessons" learned.

This is not well known in the West, but it is common knowledge in the East.

Peace

Some people have weak bones and even a tiny slap on the arm can break their bones and they would need to be in the emergency room. But if you mean like how they are like some people are loud and uncareful, because some people just like peace and quiet its just how they are. Like say you were loud and noisy, they are just gentle and quiet. Its just the way they are.

There is nothing wrong with that. I view it as a good thing. Innocent like an angel.
