Where can I get an xanga layout that has like the superman sign?

I couldn't find the whole layout but at least the background could be a start:
To install it:
Log in to Xanga and click "Look & Feel" on the left under Navigation.
You'll see a Drop Down menu under "Header", choose "Input your own Header HTML".
Now copy and paste the following Superman Xanga background code into the module box and click "Save Changes".
