It is very entertaining. I like it because of the wrestler's attitude in raivalries.Plus they don't always make the good guys win so you have to watch what happens next week.

I love the fact that it's athleticism and drama rolled into one... some say it's a bit too dramatic, but whatever. It's my fave sport! I think it's so much more complicated than what people (usually ignorant people) make it out to be because there's an art form to wrestling just like any other sport, but you have to have the ability to display histrionics and really sell! If you don't have charisma or marketability, you're not going to make the cash or get any type of notice whatsoever, so it's really hard! Plus, it's a sport where you travel a lot, and it's not a team sport, either (which I don't like)... so I really respect wrestlers whether they're on WWE, TNA, or wrestling in the indies. And it is soooo not fake! To all those people who say sh*t like that, sure they're all great friends behind cameras, and the matches are predetermined, but if you think that makes it EASY, why don't YOU try getting into a ring in front of a live crowd of 10,000+ fans almost every night to take physical abuse and punishment without help?

Because sometimes, you want to see something, but you wont see it at your school play ground or workplace. Well sometimes.. But wrestling gives you this drive, it makes you feel like you want to do it yourself, well thats what i think. It is real fun seeing people beating the hell out of each other, and seeing the talent inside it, is the best part. It makes you think like, i can do that too, and mostly, it is entertaining. But i have been born into wrestling so my personality is kind of pointed towards it, those are my reasons of watching it. Have a nice day and, wrestling is not fake, its real, it depends how the people want to put it as... If they are talking about the WWE, well, it quite is, but it is sports entertainment. They also boost your confidence and self esteem sometimes, you can have the wrestlers as your heros.

I agree that is a very stupid answer, and I've seen it about a thousand times on this board. I wish people would realize the redundancy of using that word so much.
I watch wrestling because I was born into a wrestling family and have never had an option. I love it, and it's always been part of my life, and always will be. :)
Love it!

I used to watch wrestling, only certain matches for the intensity some of the wrestlers bought to the table. I used to like Jake the Snake(used to watch a bunch of his matches live when in Mid-South) before crack cocaine destroyed him. And I am a huge fan of Goldberg. When he left WWE all of my interest left as well. NO ONE can bring the intensity that he had to the ring without seeming like an idiot who is putting on airs. Yeah even you HHH. I hope Goldberg will come back at least once more to set these idiots straight.

It's a part of me, plain and simple. I'm from the Hulk Hogan era, and I grew up watching Superstars, Wrestling Challenge, and Saturday Night's Main Event.

Growing up you start out with superheros and you learn Good vs Evil, some learn it in the bible, wherever you learn it is known Good vs Evil, and everyone once in a while we all wanted to know what it was like to be on the side of evil. Wrestling gives us that there are good vs evil and for a few hours we get to choose a side that gives us the feeling of anticipation, and we can choose the evil side just for the rush.
GREAT ?

the first wrestling show i saw was the tribute to eddie guerro and i liked it ever since so i am stll pretty new to wrestling and the terms that they use like face and heel. the thing i like about it is how the wrestlers try to make it look real but i know that 50% wrestling is fake but the rest of it has to be real

I watch wrestling to escape reality for two whole hours. In the years I've been watching it on TV a long time ago, I have seen my share of good-guy/bad-guy fights, ever-changing storyline plots, numerous types of matches (i.e. hardcore, steel cage, ironman, street fight, etc.), and unexpected twists. It's also entertaining as well. You could say I'm addicted to wrestling.

I always saw wrestling as a gladiatorial sport straight from the roman coluseaums. It is spectacle and craziness and over the top pomp. Look at King Booker's entrance or the Undertaker's. I always called it a soap opera for guys, but it's more than that. We get behind our guys and look forward to what's going to happen next. The more craziness happens, the more we eat it up and look for what's going to happen next. I look forward to a bloody spectacle. It gets wild and crazy and I am all over that.
