Oh, yeah, my favorite is rib eye! A bit charred on the outside, medium rare on the inside -- and well seasoned. Do not spare the garlic, please. I know, Emeril says pork rules! And I can't argue with that, either. It's hard to turn down a good pork chop. But beef -- it's what's for dinner!!!

It's a tie between a nice Porterhouse steak or a big 7 bone pot roast, cooked and seasoned to tender perfection. Can you tell I live in the midwest?
