I know for sure I'm not pregnant which narrows it down but at the same time has me quite concerned. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is wrong with me? It's been like this for a few weeks now.

I had some trouble with my stomach some time back that made me very pukish. You should go see your doctor as you may be developing an acidic/ulcerous stomach. Doctors are the best source when it comes to your health.

If you know for sure you're not pregnant you could have hepatitis. I had the same thing a couple of years ago. I thought I was pregnant and when I found out I wasn't I didn't know what the heck it was. I felt really tired all the time and couldn't eat. It turns out that I had a liver infection (or hepatitis). There was nothing they could really do about it, it just went away on its own.
