Since you have only been knowing him for a very short time, take him out to dinner and give him a nice reading birthday card. He will be just as HAPPY.

I wouldn't worry too much over this. Spend the day with him doing things he likes..Even if you are not a sports fan or whatever he's into make the day about him and get to know him more.. fix him dinner or order in .. sometimes the best gifts are not bought

I don't think I'd spurge to much on a guy I'd only been dating a month. Just take him out for dinner and drinks.
