If he had really loved linda he should have left it and just fulfilled his sexual appetite on all the women he could get and focus his love on his children.

I don't think that was the case at all. I think that that Heather person led him on (not the first timeshe has done this). Paul was a family man and when Linda died he must have been very lonely. When he met Heather he thought it was love so they married. It takes to to go into a marriage - he didn't trick her into it. I feel sorry for him because she was obviously very wrong for him and it was far too soon for him to get involved after Linda died but I guess he was just afraid of being alone.

The last time I liked McCartney was in 1961/ since then I think he is a prat. I do not read papers or whatch t.v. and I thought he and heather were o.k. except she was the strongest, with her beliefs, and was dragging him into it, he is a celebraty after all. I did not know their relationship was in jeapardy, as your question seems to suggest. But. Power to him and her. We do not know them personally, and he always kept his kids outof the limelight and i admired him for that. He has got a talent, but it was George Martin who was the actual Beatles. george Harrison was the only true musician, but all in all, an era. one leg no leg, no money lots and pots. they are people who have made more of a mark than me sitting hear and you sitting there, so shut the f ...up.He has been through the mill with the Linda stuff. And, yes it may be an amalgamation of money. Do not think so. It is just if you move in circles where everyone eats lollypops you marry someone who does. They just happen to be rich. Stop bieng jealouse. She had more of a life with one leg. Power to her. Anyway, have they split up....I do not read rags. hello, or silly mags. I am only interested in real immediate stuff. Like people I can see and touch.

You are asking this question with the benefit of Hindsight. There are many successful marriages where the ages of the couples are far apart. It appears women can be very deceptive when they want something and clearly she had an agenda. Obviously Sir Paul missed some warning signs, but look at Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones..you could say the same thing and they are still together. Brad Pit and Jenny A- perfect couple one might think- age and looks wise- but obviously not...

Are you talking about Heather or Linda? Cause he did stay with Linda until death. Well....her death anyway. Besides, I thought he and Heather got a divorce. Just comes to show you that these things don't work out.

Men aren't incredibly bright when it comes to why women want them, and McCartney, God bless him, is no exception. I doubt very much that he has a huge sexual appetite at his age. He married her for the status ["Oh aren't I the big stud muffin, look what I got"] and she married him for his money. Now they're both miserable and living with the consequences of their selfishness, the poor things.

he's ignorant anyway....in the 80s he was making an album and he wouldnt leyt the producer do his job..he said to him " how many hit songs have YOU written?"
well how many has HE written since mid 70s?? about 3..and why should EVERY charity concert end with the bloody awful LET IT BE

If read incorrectly, this could misconstrued as 'wrong' thoughts!
I think i understand waht you are saying, but he is a man (it seems) of a lot love in him. If this is the case, he was on the rebound when he met 'her'! I never liked 'her', it seemed clear that that was all she wanted and now it seems that that is what she is getting.
He made a bad choice, as we all do at various points in our lives!
I feel for him, rather than her.

Ignorant is not the right word here......love is blind and as we all know some people can be very manipulative when they set their minds to it. Its just a pity there is a young child involved....
