I can help! I have the same complexion! I use mineral makeup which covers up alllllll of the red and freckles, L'Oreal has a new one out thats really great and you can get it Walmart or Target, or if you want a liquid base, try True Match makeup that you can get at the same places and get the matching powder. Good luck!

L'Oreal's "True Match" foundation is pretty good. Also you could try using a special foundation (green in color & is to be used sparingly under your regular foundation) whose purpose is to cut down the red in your skin. "Sheido" cosmetics carries one and so does "Estee Lauder". Also try "Dermablend", this is a cosmetic line that is made especially for covering up most imperfections.
