liquid liner or pencil liner for eyes with green, peach, or plum eye shadow?

I always use a pencil
whatever you're comfortable with
some people always use liquid
I can't keep from making a mess so I stick w/ pencils

You should use pencil liner and after applying it smudge it with the other end of the pencil or a brush with a sponge tip made especially for this purpose.

i would say liquid liner . thats what i use all the time.

pencial eyeliner the liqued one gets in your eyes!!!with green eyeshado that would be good!!!!
