Deep Blue has gotten way better! Gary wouldn't stand a chance.

I don't think so for two main reasons.

First reason:

The speed calculation of computer growth fastly. Because,
there are a link between computer chess and technology.

Second reason:

The brain's energy is tremendous to fight against Deep Blue
(next versions) . Now, Mr. Kasparov has not twenty years!
Today, he has 43 years old. In this situation, I think Kasparov
will feel exhausted about middle of computer chess game. So, he can't beat Deep Blue (improved version) today.
