EA had to remove the cheat for the blur patch because of some harrassment they were getting from some activist politician.
The only way to get it done now is to get SimPE (google it) and set it up with your game. It's free download.

If you have the version for the pc try putting in ctrl+shift+c together and then put in intprop censorgridsize 0 if
it didnt work on mine untill i got night life
they only look like barbie and ken dolls and they dont even pull there pants donw when they take a dump or pee!! lol

well you can make ur ppl take a shower while there in there and then delet the shower and then the blurry patch is gone
