I'm looking for an either average size condo...or a even above average would be good...so whats like a pretty big condo square ft?

There is no average, they can range from 400- square feet to 3,000+ square feet. Depends where you live and how much you can afford.
Go find a realtor and have them show you some condos.

1,200 sq avg. Over 1,800 is pretty good. If you can afford it -- buy a 3 bedroom condo.

depends where you thinking off. mid demagraphic probably less than 1000 in total........ top end over 1000 and beyond, depending on your wallet. (square ft).
