Angels, and ghost knives get pretty big, and need large tanks. I'd avoid the shimp as that's prime knife food. Any larger community, or semiagressive fish sound be okay. Avoid smaller fish like neons, guppy, and danio/minnows. Pearl gouramis, platty/swordtail, dwarf gouramis, and the like.

PS- Bettas aren't tough enough for your tank. When the angels get larger they will rip him to shreds. (Bettas are poor swimmer, and don't get larger than when you 1st buy them.)

Blood parrots are probably too violent - have you ever seen a green sailfin molly? Google it! They are a fantastic looking molly.

bettas can be agressive and I have seen them eat / dismantel shrimp. They are not good community fish.

Mollies will breed with all kinds of mollies. and will overpopulate your tank. As will aslo guppies.

6 months ago i bought 2 guppies , I have given away hundreds and hundreds of guppies since then.

Gourami's are beautifull and the most peacfull varities of gourami's are Pearl and Giant . Dwarf Gourami's are beautifull but can be teritorial.

DO NOT GET A BLOOD PARROT. get iridescent sharks, they are catfish that look like sharks. they are really cool and are hardy and easy to care for. Or get 2-3 clown loaches. Maybe some mollies

No, don't put bettas in with those other fish. They are nice on their own, but I have found that in an aquarium they do not get on well with the other fish.

Platys are very good, placid fish.

it depends on your tank size, black ghost need 75 gallons per fish, my largest was over 8 years old and was 26 inches.
