Ive been pondering this question, I would love to be another bra size bigger. I have Chrones deases and loose weight, constantly. With weight loss, my breast size goes down. If youve had a breast transplant or know of someone who has, and its a safe procedure, let me know.

Breast implants are surgically implanted in the breast, and with anything you put into your body it doesn't last forever and will need lifelong surgical maintenance.

I am enclosing the FDA's web site which shows all common complications that you may encounter.

First, it's not a transplant, it's an implant. Transplant would mean you're getting another person's breasts... heh.

Anyways, they're safer than they used to be, but not 100%. I'd consult your doctor to find a good cosmetic surgeon, then speak with him/her extensively first.

Last iv'e heard they have a new kind of implant which is more technologically advanced so it is safer, but I think that it can still cause breat cancer in some cases.

But you can also walk outside and get hit by a car live life!

And don't get themfor anyone else , if they make you feel better about yourselfthen by allmeans have at it but don't do it for others.

Good luck :)

I'm sorry but this one really made me laugh. Honey I think you mean IMPLANTS. And like any other augmentation to the body there are risks involved. You should consult a plastic surgeon, find out the risks and then decide if you want to do it.

Do you mean implants? If so, yes they are completely safe. Make certain that you see a reputable plastic surgeon. Don't EVER go cheap on something as important as surgery.
