In my opinion its wrestling. What are your opinions?

Wrestling as the most physically straining HS sport. Football is physically challenging too but it also carries the most stress since it's a more popular sport. I think more is expected of the HS football players to succeed.

women's softball...being the catcher....sometimes the batter hits your legs with the bat when she's running towards the first base..and often time the sands got into your eyes...and the head protector keeps falling down...and when you don't catch the ball...your captain will scream at you...saying that you're the one to blame etc...so it's not only a physical test but also a test of endurace and mental also...

my son has been in football, track, basketball & wrestling...Definately wrestling....him and his friends always looked like they were beat up.Mat burns, fat lips...etc
