Regardless of size most women will not reach orgasm through intercourse alone. And he is right, if he is young, the faster he goes the sooner he will get there. Nothing he can do to control that except to go slow.
Have you ever been with a man that gave you one with just intercourse. If so you are an exception not the rule.
Teach him to give you pleasure before he gets in. If you have a clitoral orgasm before he gets in you will have the pleasure you need and he will be able to take his time. And if you teach him what to do he will love you for it. I am sure this is just as frustrating for him as it is for you.

The very same thing is happening to me, you know, he's got a short one and it's kinda difficult for him, not for me, when we're doing it, he's out more than he's in, or we can't try some positionscause he says he is not long enough for that. A few different options. First, if he's not great at intercourse, he should work on his oral skills. Most girls don't get off from intercourse anyways. Oral tends to work. As for his habit of cumming too soon, have him wear a condom. That'll cut down on his speed. Finally, if that's not working to your satisfaction, get a vibrator and use it in bed with him.
