Engine will stall/start when operating at 3000 rpm or higher. It is not an air lock problem because the vent was disconnected at the main tank and it still did this. The TC3 oil system was checked and no alarms sounded. If i leave port it will run fine, however if I then come down to 5 MPH for a prolong time and excellerate to over 3000 it will buck-Stop/stall. The fuel is new Exxon fuel and w or w/o an additive this will happen. I was told a vent problem in the past but this has been proven not to matter.

Is this a four stroke or a two stroke? By TC3 oil system, do you mean oil injection of a two stroke? Is this an HPDI engine? Can you give the model number of your engine or the primary ID? I need more infromation on what engine this is. There are a couple of things we can look at if I know what kind of engine this is. Do you ever have problems restarting the engine after its warm? Have you noticed a change in you Wide Open Throttle running? How long has the engine been running this way?

The check valve (anti siphon valve) would cause WOT running issues, and hard accel issues. Good answer link

There is a check valve on the top of your tank that your gas line to the motor draws from. Inside of it is a stainless steel ball bearing. Sometimes this gets compromised by trash in the tank, the bearing developes a flat spot, the aluminium housing gets corroded, starving or cutting off your fuel supply. In other words, it will stick. Make sure this is in good shape before a shop has a field day with it.
