It means nothing. Not to her. Just means $$ to the people who wrote it & gave to her to lip-sync...I mean "sing".

i think its something she wants 2 do 2 the guy something sexual and that's why she says la la. r she's just trying 2 cover up how she's really not singing by just saying that a hundred times in the song.
