You can get average salaries for various faculty positions across all of Georgia's public universities (from fiscal year 2004) here:

You probably can't; it's confidential information. You would have to hack the payroll system.
But the President's salary may be public information; call the school and ask. If that doesn't work, look in the newspaper archives; they probably announced it when he was hired.

Have you searched online? Since it is a public school, all that information should be available (although, they may provide on request only). Get clever with google, you'll find it.

It should be filed in state records, contact your schools librarian and see if they have a copy or if they can at least direct you to that resource. In Texas that is available as public record, I don't know about GA.
