Because most white Americans are descended from Northwest Europeans, stupid. And that guy does not look "ethnic". Catherine Zeta Jones (who btw is English) looks "ethnic".

Obviously - you have never meet a person from Wisconsin - if you had you would know there is nothing more ethnic american (as too some incredibly cool) then a cheesehead - so sad you don't understand true culture like that. And a cheesehead with his harley- that is like priceless.
