Well I hate to say this but sometimes love is blind and sometime people from the outside looking in can see things you don't. Not saying this is your case, if you really love each other then just ignore all the other stuff. Good luck to you!

Let me tell you like this from experience. My boyfriend and I felt that way about each other and everyone told us that we wouldn't last it was just puppy love. Well, let me be the first to say that we have been together 12 years and married 7 of those 12 years. It can happen especially if you both really love one another and I mean really love one another; through good, bad, trial, tribulations, etc. We went through a lot together and we held each others had through it all. A lot of folks are now jealous of the relationship that we have and because it lasted as long as it has, but with God in the midst all things are possible. As the bible states " IF GOD BE FOR US THEN WHO CAN BE AGAINST US!" That's what you keep saying and things will be alright.

if you were to break up with him it might not neccessaraly mean that it wasn't true love.If you do break up like those people in your life think that you will (oviously they aren't that great. So why take what they seriously anyway)then you will only be able to tell if it was in years to come when he still makes you smile when you think about him and are ready to realise that life is short and that man will always be very special to you.even if you find you can't live together. But i hope that u can because findiing someone special is hard but when you have got it. You no exactly if it's true love deep down. so you should already no.
Don't let what everyone else is saying put you off just ignore them.

Here's a good test:
Infatuation is instant desire. It is one set of glands calling to another.
Love is a friendship that has caught fire. It takes root and grows, one day at a time.
Infatuation is marked by a feeling of insecurity. You are excited and eager, but not genuinely happy. There are nagging doubts, unanswered questions, little bits and places about your beloved that you would just as soon not examine too closely.
It might spoil the dream.
Love is quiet understanding and the mature acceptance of imperfection. It is real. It gives you strength and grows beyond you to bolster your beloved. You are warmed by his/her presence even when he/she is away. Miles do not separate you. You want him/her nearer, but near or far, you know he/she is yours and you can wait.
Infatuation says, "We must get married right away! I can't risk losing you!"
Love says, "Be patient. Do not panic. Plan your future with confidence."
Infatuation has an element of sexual excitement. If you are honest, you can admit it is difficult to be in one another's company unless you are sure it will end ---- in intimacy.
Love is the maturation of friendship. You must be friends before you can be lovers.
Infatuation lacks confidence. When he/she is away you wonder if he/she is cheating. Sometimes you check.
Love means trust. You are calm, secure and unthreatened. Your beloved feels that also and that makes them even more trustworthy.
Infatuation might lead you to do things you will regret later, but love never will.
Love is an upper. It makes you look up. It makes you think up. It makes you a better person.

it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks, only you can feel it! My husband and I have been together since we were 16 and I can tell you that many people didn't think it was going to last, but here we are 9 years later! Congratulations, real love isn't something that you come across often, hold on to it

i wud not say yes or say no, i guess you know better than anyone else knows. people around you has always somting to say be it bad or good.for both of you to stand up and support each other is the most important thing, as long as you are happy being together nothing else matters, true love is felt by two people-hearts beating as one

Yes that what happen to me and my husband... Before eveyone that we know think we won't last and won't even get marry because we are total opposite from each other.. Who knows?? Opposite does attract... We slowly dated and then bond... A year from there we love each other and got married... People are always gonna say **** because they have a mouth and it will always say things that we think is bull... Don't believe those people and just trust yourself and your partner...
